
Who We Are
Dior Lee and Sandra Garrido have been teaching music together for over 5 years and share a teaching philosophy that puts the wellbeing of their students first. Both are strong believers in the therapeutic benefits of music lessons and focus on, not only teaching their students musical skills, but also on helping their students develop life skills that will benefit them across a variety of domains. Both have experience teaching students of all ages and abilities, including people with disabilities, pre-schoolers, and seniors.
Dior Lee

Dior completed his bachelor in music at the Australian Institute of music in 2007 and a Masters in Creative Enterprise at Queensland University in 2011. He has been teaching guitar, piano, saxophone and clarinet to children aged 4 to adults aged 70 for 13 years. Dior has also performed with various pop and jazz bands at the Qudos Bank Arena and different hotels in Sydney. A passionate educator, Dior focuses on exploring music in ways that suit the students he teaches in order to develop their individual talents.
Sandra Garrido
Sandra has a PhD from the University of New South Wales, with a focus on the benefits of music for mental health. She has taught at UNSW, the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music, and Queensland Conservatorium of Music, and has nearly 30 years of teaching experience. She studied piano under Lyall Duke from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. Violin is her second instrument and she has performed with several orchestras around Sydney.
